Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of the software products built and operated by MedanoSoft (“we”, “us”), including the eKabod and Super Handy Bee platforms, their web dashboards, mobile work apps and related messaging.
Accounts
You receive access to MedanoSoft through a company that holds a subscription with us. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for the activity that happens under your account. The company that invited you controls what you can see and do, and may revoke your access at any time.
Acceptable use
You agree to use MedanoSoft only for lawful business purposes, not to interfere with the service or attempt to access data that does not belong to your company, and not to upload content that is illegal or infringes the rights of others.
Text messaging terms
MedanoSoft may send text messages to team members who have been invited by their company, such as an invitation link to set up the work app, access codes and work notifications.
- Message frequency is low and varies with your work assignments. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Reply HELP for help. You can also contact the company that invited you or us at the address below.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Mobile numbers are never shared with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
Data
The company you work with owns the data it enters into MedanoSoft. We process it to provide the service as described in our Privacy Policy.
Availability and changes
We work to keep MedanoSoft available and secure but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update the service and these terms; material changes will be announced in the app.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, MedanoSoft is provided “as is”, and our liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amounts paid for it in the preceding twelve months.
